Holistic Nutrition is always part of the treatment plan and my focus is always on foods. We're not deficient in supplements, we're deficient in foods. Increasing foods that offer a good nutrient base, helps the body use homeopathic medicines more efficiently.
Once she finished her first year of Holistic Nutrition at Toronto’s Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, she knew she wanted to continue her education beyond her diploma in Holistic Nutrition.
Looking at a few modalities, Homeopathy called to her and she enrolled in the only school that offered classical homeopathic training in Toronto, The Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine (formally TSHM). What a great duo of modalities.
Nutrition is something we do every day, 3-6 times a day, it’s easy for people to understand but it’s not curative. Homeopathy works deeper than nutrition, it works at the tissue level, really deep healing. “People have misconception that’s its the homeopathic medicine that heals, but what really happens is that a well prescribed remedy moves your body to heal itself. Homeopathic medicines just get the ball rolling.” Homeopathic medicines are also very safe for anyone of any age or health condition.
